Studying and comparing curriculum documents help us identify their key components. Despite the differences with the content being learned and studied, many strategies and values are the same. These similarities show us what is important when teaching. Indeed interacting with peers, organizing ideas and using metacognition are important aspects in all subjects and grades. Furthermore, all subjects of the curriculum, do leave room for creativity, big ideas and student interest driven programming.
